Stress 101 

Stress and Burn out are to Mental Health what the common cold and pneumonia are to physical health. Without awareness, and left unattended, stress can very quickly move to burn out, especially in environments which hold a high tempo of work activity or deal with emotionally challenging situations on a consistent day to day basis. This basic introduction to stress will give staff a general grounding and understanding in how to look after themselves and those around them.
