The need for training was identified in preparation for annual scout Moot taking place in Iceland. The project was proposed as a three stage approach including Self Harm Support Training for the contingent management team, Emotional Wellbeing Training to the young people during a weekend preparation camp, and then ongoing support as required to supervising staff members and organisers in the run up and during the event.
