stress buster - coaching package

If your aim is to manage your stress levels quickly and effectively then the Stress Buster Coaching Package is for you! The package combines wellbeing education and mindfulness skills, combined with cognitive behavioural and solution focused approaches, along with weekly goal setting, outcome measuring, and phone checkins to support you to achieve your goals!

This package includes one 90-minutes and three 50-minute sessions with x4, pre scheduled, 20minute phone contacts for progress check and skills honing. You will also be provide you with relevant resources (exercises, resource sheets etc.) for use between sessions to help cement the concepts and ideas we talk about.

The 1-month package costs £550. Available by Face to Face, Phone, Skype, or Facetime.

stress be gone - coaching package

This package is for clients who want to play the longer game, and gain an understanding of their relationship with stress. The Stress Be Gone Coaching Package takes its name from the change in relationship that you gain as a result of full commitment to the coaching experience, seeing stress moving from managing you, to you managing it and it becoming your Allie!

This package includes one 90-minute and eleven 50-minute sessions with x12 pre scheduled, 20minute phone contacts for progress check and skills honing. Whilst the package combines and builds on material available in the Stress Buster Coaching Package, it combines additional wellbeing education, mindfulness skills, combined with cognitive behavioural and solution focused approaches, with weekly goal setting, outcome measuring, and phone checkins to support you to achieve your goals! You will also be provided with relevant resources (exercises, resource sheets etc.) for use between sessions to help cement the concepts and ideas we talk about.

The 3-month package costs £1485 (10% discount based on x3 of Stress Buster package cost). Available by Face to Face, Phone, Skype, or Facetime.

individual sessions

Individual sessions are for clients who have worked with me via any of the coaching packages offered through ANJ Consultancy.

An individual session costs £125 and is made up of - 1 x 50minute face to face session + 1 x 20minute phone follow up. Face to Face session is available by Face to face at agreed location, Phone, Skype, or Facetime.
